This isn’t a self portrait, this is just an expression of how I feel to be a graffiti artist. There are many people that enjoy graffiti. But let’s be honest… the masses hate it and see it as destruction of property and never take the time to real look into the graf artists work.
I am thankful for those that appreciate… Thank you!
“There’s no retirement for an artist, it’s your way of living so there’s no end to it” – Henry Moore

everyone should look at it as art….when im on a train going out of philly to the burbs….my favorite part is looking at all the artwork on the sides of the track walls..and if im driving through the bronx, there is some real cool stuff….i freakin love what some people do with a can, creativity and late nights…..graffiti is beautiful.
thanks for the comment John….
That’s just more inspiration for me not to put down the cans… Thanks brotha!
Like the painting man. Like the quote too. Good stuff.
Art is art no matter what the canves or the paints may be. No one says anything about the artest who paints on canves, or the artest who paints sounds and notes into the music we hear everyday. People today need to open their eyes and embrace the less traditional forms of art be they graffiti, or tattoo, sculpting, or any other form. The beauty of true art work is that it doesn’t conform to “normal” standards, it simply is what it is… An expression of raw emotion.
